About this role:


Working within the Workman Touchwood Management office, this role will be responsible for raising orders, processing invoices, car park income reconciliation, business rates, vacant unit liability, monthly expenditure reporting, petty cash reconciliation, setting up suppliers, supporting in the production of timely and accurate financial data, including month end reports, budgets and forecasts and working with management to provide accurate financial data.

Key Responsibilities:


General

  • Ensuring the timely and accurate recording of financial data
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Liaising with clients, property managers, building surveyors, or property accountants on various processes.
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Budget and Forecast

  • Support the onsite Property Manager and General Manager with forecast, budget and end of year service charge reconciliation.
