We are seeking a commercially minded Finance Analyst with strong experience in recurring or subscription based revenue models to support strategic decision making across our Australian business. Reporting to the Regional Head of Commercial Finance, you will play a key role in delivering accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and operational improvements that drive growth.

• Exposure to SaaS metrics, ARR/MRR, churn, retention and subscription analytics
• Partner closely with senior leaders across Sales, Product and Operations
• Fast paced, collaborative environment with real impact

• Lead monthly revenue reporting, including SaaS and recurring revenue metrics
• Analyse subscription performance (ARR/MRR, churn, retention, upsell)
• Present monthly results and explain variances to senior stakeholders
• Manage weekly sales reporting and forecasting
• Administer and process sales commission schemes
• Support budgeting, forecasting and operational planning
• Contribute to product roadmap discussions and challenge prioritisation
• Work with Data & Analytics to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
• Identify process improvements and support global finance initiatives

• Proven experience working with recurring or subscription revenue models (SaaS ideal)
• Strong commercial finance background with business partnering exposure
• Experience analysing revenue trends and presenting insights to stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and reporting efficiency

• Advanced Excel and confidence working with large data sets
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and subscription analytics
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends and influence decisions
• Comfortable working with BI tools and collaborating with data teams

• CA/CPA (or equivalent)
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar
