Finance Analyst

Responsibilities: Analyze and manage the plant’s financial information to deliver accurate, timely, and value-added insights that support cost optimization, profitability improvement, and strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of manufacturing cost structures, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial information related to monthly closings, including the identification and explanation of variances versus budget and the evaluation of performance trends compared to prior periods.
