Finance Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support the company's financial and accounting activities across multiple countries. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of financial information, while acting as a liaison between the company and external advisors. The Finance Analyst will contribute to daily accounting operations, period-end closings, audits, and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
Record, review, and process supplier invoices, ensuring that all transactions are correctly classified and allocated to the appropriate cost centers, in line with internal accounting policies and reporting requirements.
Prepare and execute payment runs in accordance with invoice due dates, ensuring timely payments to suppliers, and upload payment files to banking platforms while maintaining proper controls and approvals.
