Finance and Accounting Operations Supervisor

Job Description- Finance Operations:

Supervises all day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

Ensure accurate month-end & year end accounts closure.

Supervises and directs the activities such as accounting, treasury, taxation, audit, and fixed assets management.

Work directly with external and internal auditors during audits.

Well versed in Accounts Payable (processing of vendor payments, employee reimbursements and statutory payments).

Well versed in Accounts Receivable (customer billing, collections and revenue recognition)

Finalizing and implementation of finance and accounts procedures for smooth functioning of processes.

Exposure of working in accounting software including ERP systems.

Well versed in MS office.

Diligent in high level financial reporting and analysis.

Leadership and Team management experience.

Good communication skills
