This is a finance-first, hands-on role . You will manage daily finance work and also support HR and internal operations . Strong finance basics are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll processing and incentive calculations
- Client invoicing, collections, and MIS reporting
- Basic GST, TDS, and compliance coordination
- Excel-based tracking of revenue and costs
