Job Title: Finance Assistant

Location: Fully office-based
Salary: £32,000 per annum

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the finance function. This is a fully office-based role, ideal for someone with strong Excel skills and a solid grounding in transactional finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
  • Assisting with month-end close processes
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting audits
  • Producing reports and analysis using Excel
  • Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required
