Responsibilities
- Overseeing the company ledger
- Supporting other employees throughout accounting processes
- Support finance day-to-day transactions
- Provide administrative support
Qualifications
- BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or any related field
- Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role is a plus
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
- Preferably resident around Binondo/Manila
- Interpersonal skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Financial literate
- Computer literate
