Purpose of the Role


To support accounting activities by handling day-to-day financial and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the business.


Key Accountabilities


  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Record daily financial transactions in accounting systems
  • Produce and manage quotations and purchase order; Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Help with payroll processing and related records
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to senior accounting staff
