FINANCE ASSISTANT MANAGER (REF: JN)

This position is a Finance Assistant Manager position to be based in Kuantan, Pahang.

Financial & Accounting Operations

Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and general ledger activities.

Ensure timely preparation and submission of comprehensive financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow Statements).

Review and approve financial documents such as debit/credit notes, invoices, and payment vouchers before submission to the Department Head.

Monitor and manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

Supervise bank reconciliations, loan management, and cash flow planning to ensure adequate funding for business operations.
