Role overview: 

Investment & Finance Associate

The Investment & Finance Associate will support Titan’s senior investment and finance leadership across financial analysis,  fundraising, transaction execution and reporting. The role is execution-focused and designed to ensure rigour, efficiency and consistency across financial processes.

This role sits at the intersection of financial analysis, fundraising support and transaction execution, acting as a backbone for day-to-day financial and investment activities.

Key responsibilities: 

Financial Analysis & Modelling

  • Build and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts and scenario analyses.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by preparing analyses on performance, runway, and growth initiatives.

Fundraising & Investor Support

  • Support the preparation of fundraising materials, including pitch decks, data rooms and financial models.
  • Coordinate information flows during due diligence processes with investors and advisors.
  • Track investor requests, timelines and follow-ups.

Transaction Execution Support

  • Assist in financial due diligence for VC, growth equity and M&A transactions.
  • Prepare analysis, summaries and documentation to support investment decisions and transaction execution.

Reporting & Metrics

  • Prepare periodic financial reports, KPIs and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Support reporting to external stakeholders when required.

Requirements

What makes you a great fit:

  • +2 years of full-time work experience
  • Strong analytical background with hands-on experience in financial modelling, analysis and reporting.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders (investors, advisors, internal teams).
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, ensuring high-quality deliverables under tight timelines.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and reduce operational burden on senior team members.

Nice to have: 

  • Background in consulting or transaction advisory.
  • Previous exposure to VC, growth equity or private debt transactions.
  • Experience supporting investor due diligence processes.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and tools (Excel, accounting platforms, reporting tools).
  • Experience working with international stakeholders or cross-border transactions.
