We are hiring a Finance Specialist to work with our Accounts Receivable Collections team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct collection calls to resolve outstanding balances
  • Manage and update collection efforts for a high-volume portfolio of past due accounts
  • Monitor aging reports and maintain accurate records of collection activities
  • Research and resolve customer discrepancies, deductions, and short payments
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Collections or a similar role
  • Resolution-minded with effective negotiation skills
  • Relationship builder with effective oral and written communication
  • Excellent time management, with a strong attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy
  • Proficient business software skills (Microsoft Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive) and Power Automate
  • Intermediate to advanced-level mastery of Excel

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
