The Role

The Finance Business Partner will serve as the primary financial advisor to campus leadership, supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, and capital project planning. This is a hands‑on, on‑site role providing financial insight to guide both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and monthly close processes.
• Monitor financial xpos identification and variance tracking, to recommend corrective actions.
• Support capital expenditure planning and track major projects.
• Oversee cash flow, banking, AP/AR, and payroll review.
• Provide financial modelling and decision‑support analysis to campus leadership.
