The Finance Business Partner will act as the interface between Finance and business teams, helping to translate financial data into strategic insights.

What you can expect:

  • Support the Executive Finance Manager in partnering closely with Divisional Leaders to support transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
  • Act as a liaison between the business and finance, using data insights to guide decisions on cost efficiency initiatives
  • Engage with operational leaders to understand cost drivers and support prioritisation of transformation opportunities.
  • Produce and present key trends and cost drivers in a commercially relevant way, ensuring buy-in and clarity across stakeholders.
