Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Supply Chain Business Finance Leader who will partner with our supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to drive financial excellence and decision-making. This role will be pivotal in ensuring cost efficiency, improving working capital, enabling scale, and shaping long-term investments across our global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering : Act as the finance partner for supply chain leadership — providing financial insights, identifying opportunities, and challenging assumptions to drive performance.

  • Planning & Forecasting : Lead the supply chain financial planning cycle (AOP, rolling forecasts, budgets) with clear linkages to business KPIs and operational plans.

  • Cost Management & Optimization : Drive analysis and initiatives to reduce cost-to-serve, improve gross margins, optimize procurement spend, and enhance logistics efficiency.

  • Performance Analytics : Build dashboards, models, and frameworks to measure supply chain performance, capacity utilization, inventory efficiency, and working capital.

  • Investment Decisions : Evaluate capex and automation projects, warehousing expansions, vendor partnerships, and technology investments for ROI and scalability.

  • Governance & Controls : Ensure compliance, controls, and processes across procurement, vendor contracts, and payments, reducing leakages and inefficiencies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with operations, category, product, and commercial finance teams to ensure alignment on growth and profitability.

    • Qualifications & Experience

  • Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) with 10–15 years of experience , preferably in consumer-tech, e-commerce, FMCG, or supply-chain intensive businesses.

  • Strong experience in business finance / FP&A with significant exposure to supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing finance.

  • Proven track record in driving cost optimization, working capital management, and investment analysis .

  • Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills; expertise with Excel, BI tools, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and influence senior stakeholders.
