We are looking for a Finance & Business Strategy Manager to join a global leader in the retail and lifestyle industry, recognized for its portfolio of iconic outdoor, active, and fashion brands. This role will be key in providing visibility and strategic insights for the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business across LATAM, supporting expansion and eCommerce opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-level analysis to enable strategic decision-making with distributors in LATAM.
• Advise management on financial implications of proposals, marketing commitments, contractual considerations, and new business opportunities.
• Continuously analyze KPIs and data to fine-tune business strategies and drive sustainable growth.
• Provide visibility for expansion opportunities and evaluate eCommerce potential for multiple brands in the region.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial roles (P&L, forecasting, budget management, projections).
• Prior experience in retail sector within LATAM.
• Background in sales finance / controlling and DTC operations.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
