About the Role
We’re hiring for Finance Controls & Reporting professionals (Manager / Analyst / Senior Analyst) to join our Finance – Reporting team in Bengaluru . This role supports balance sheet and P&L reporting, treasury finance, and regulatory reporting within a strong governance framework.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review Japanese GAAP & US GAAP quarterly/semi-annual reports
Regulatory reporting to BoE, PRA, FCA, FSCS and completion of BoJ/BoE surveys
Partner with Treasury on interest income, liquidity, funding & derivatives reporting
Support internal and external audits with data and evidence packs
Contribute to systems, controls, and process improvement initiatives
Support new product approvals and complex transaction accounting
Ensure adherence to governance and control standards across entities
