Finance Controller

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (Depending on Experience)

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are excited to be recruiting a motivated and proactive Finance Controller to join a thriving company in the real estate sector, based in Birmingham.

Finance Controller Responsibilities:

  • Improve cost efficiency and reduce expenses
  • Submit tax returns on time and in compliance
  • File receipts for all company expenses
  • Record daily cash transactions accurately
  • Assist with financial projects and analysis

    • The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within the property sector
  • MUST BE ACA OR ACCA QUALIFIED
  • Be proactive and ambitious
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Be able to work independently and mange priorities
