<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br/><br/>- End-to-End Finance Ownership: Own core finance operations with accountability for accuracy, timeliness, and decision-readiness; ensure predictable closes.<br/><br/>- Reporting & Financial Analysis: Lead the AOP preparation and rolling forecasts; prepare decision-oriented MIS; drive variance analysis, and highlight risks, trade-offs, and corrective actions.<br/><br/>- Working Capital & Cash Management: Manage cash flows, receivables and payables; ensure working capital discipline, and proactive planning to support execution.<br/><br/>- Audit, Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Lead statutory and tax audits end-to-end across India and the US; ensure timely, accurate compliance with applicable laws, grant requirements, and regulatory filings.<br/><br/>- Finance Systems, Controls & Scalability: Build and scale finance systems and controls that grow with...
