Job Description

Designation : Finance Controller

Roles and responsibilities -

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and manage financial reports, including balance sheets,
income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with
accounting standards.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the budgeting process, financial forecasting, and cash
management strategies to maximize efficiency and support growth.

3. Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to
ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Audit Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, managing
preparations and support during financial audits.

5. Team Management: Supervise accounting staff, providing guidance and professional
development to ensure high performance and accuracy in financial operations.

6. Strategic Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for
improvement, providing recommendations to senior management.
