This role will lead accounting, financial control and reporting across Chile and key LATAM markets, reporting directly to the Americas Regional Finance Director. Responsibilities
- Lead accounting, financial control and reporting across Chile and key LATAM markets.
- Report directly to the Americas Regional Finance Director.
- Support month-end closings and audits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and adopt new technologies to enhance financial operations.
- Foster a supportive team environment and contribute to professional development within the finance function.
