Finance Controller

Multinational subsidiary in the high-tech components sector. Reporting to the company General Manager and to the HQ in Europe, the Finance & Accounting Manager will be responsible for :

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare / review financial statements, analyze large data sets, create budgets & forecasts, and present findings to leadership.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily ledger, A / P, A / R, payroll, cash flow, and month / year-end close processes.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to PGC, manage tax filings, coordinate audits, and develop strong internal controls.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff, delegating tasks and providing feedback.
• Strategic Support: Provide financial insights, analyze trends, and help make informed business decisions to optimize performance.
