This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end financial management, strengthen governance, enhance business performance, and shape financial strategy for India operations.

Responsibilities :-

  • Oversee monthly financial results including P&L, Balance Sheet, cashflow, capital and working capital performance.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for India entity.
  • Manage statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Drive efficient finance operations while developing and mentoring a high-performing team.
  • Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and compliance with global and local policies.
  • Maintain robust financial records and stay updated on accounting standards and regulatory changes.
  • Optimise working capital and enhance visibility of key financial performance metrics.
  • Support operational teams by translating strategic goals into actionable financial insights.
  • Provide clear reporting on production variances, commercial performance, and margin improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to M&A, capex projects, business cases, integration plans, and post-completion reviews.

    • Required Candidate profile :-

  • A qualified finance professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • 7-10 years of experience with 3+ years of experience in leading financial accounting teams, ideally in manufacturing industries.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel and financial analysis.
  • A strong communicator with proven leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, ethical, adaptable, team player, and driven to deliver excellence.
