    Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Supervise the accounting team and ensure adherence to best practices in financial management.
  • Monitor and control budgets to optimise costs and resources.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes effectively.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making at the leadership level.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Finance Controller should have:

  • Qualified CA with at least 14 years of experience in a listed IT, ITeS company.
  • Proven expertise in financial accounting, financial planning, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory Compliance requirements.
  • Experience in managing teams and driving performance in financial functions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially in the technology sector.
