Finance Controller - NBFC/Bank

<p>A. Financial Management & Reporting<br/><br/>- Oversee preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with RBI guidelines and accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS)<br/><br/>- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting<br/><br/>- Manage statutory and regulatory reporting requirements including RBI returns, GST filings, and other compliance obligations<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial analysis and management reporting frameworks<br/><br/>- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure smooth audit processes<br/><br/>B.
