Sodarizer is looking for a Finance Controller to be the trusted financial partner to the founders. This role owns financial reporting, cashflow analysis, and supports leadership in making smart, data-driven decisions about growth and profitability.

What youll do

• Lead financial reporting and management reports, giving leadership clear visibility on performance.
• Monitor and forecast cashflow, highlight risks and opportunities, and help plan for healthy working capital.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and expense analysis to support profitability and disciplined spending.
• Supervise payroll at a control level and work closely with the internal bookkeeper.
