Finance Director (Cotia)

Provide direction for and perform oversight of:

• General Accounting function


• Customer Credit and Collection function


• Cost Accounting function


• Financial planning and analysis process


• Reinforcement of the Group Governing Documents in support of company objectives

Lead the sub-regional Finance and Accounting organization:

• Responsible for the accurate representation of the sub-regional finance position


• Implementation and control of all accounting policies and procedures, including those of the group as well


• as sub-regional requirements


• Preparation of all internal and external reports accurately and on time


• Hands-on role in which the candidate must feel comfortable developing analyses based on data generated or provided, identifying the drivers of results, and creating standard reports to be used in regular meetings with corporate HQ
