Finance Director

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure the achievement of business financial targets.


• Act as a strategic partner to commercial areas and growth initiatives, providing financial insights to support key decision-making.


• Collaborate with the leadership team to optimize the value chain, assess profitability of product launches, marketing investment, and pricing strategies.


• Ensure cost control and profitability goals are met, while monitoring SG&A spending.


• Identify financial risks and lead corrective action planning in a timely manner.


• Advise on operational improvements and process efficiency initiatives.


• Oversee capital expenditure planning and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.


• Lead and develop the Finance team, fostering internal talent, high performance, and professional growth.


• Maintain effective communication and coordination with strategic partners, including participation in board meetings.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• Advanced conversational English is required.


• Minimum of 10 years of experience, with significant exposure to leadership roles.


• Previous experience in global organizations, ideally within the consumer goods or manufacturing sectors.
