Key Responsibilities:

· Export Collection & Receivables Management

  • Take credit of foreign inward remittances from banks and reconcile accounts.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and confirm accounts with direct and subsidiary export customers.
  • Manage export claims and incentive schemes as per regulatory guidelines.

· SAP & Financial Systems

  • Utilize SAP T-codes and reports for accounts receivable and collection tracking.
  • Ensure accurate revenue recognition for export sales in S/4HANA.

  • Handle negotiation and lodgement of export documents with banks.
