Job Description

  • Transfer historical accounting data (AP, AR, GL) from Excel into the new accounting system based on prescribed guidelines and templates
  • Record daily financial transactions in the new accounting system with accuracy and timeliness
  • Review and validate data entries against supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain proper digital filing and documentation for all uploaded and recorded records
  • Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable postings within the accounting system
  • Assist with month-end closing processes, including the preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and reports for audit and tax purposes, as well as other ad-hoc finance support tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting data entry, bookkeeping, or similar role
