Job Title: Finance Executive
Location: CR Park / Greater Kailash, South Delhi (In-office)

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team in South Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 1.5 to 2 years of experience in finance and accounting, a strong understanding of financial principles, and a passion for managing financial operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, processing payments, and following up on outstanding dues.
Payment Collection: Actively manage the payment collection process by following up with clients to ensure timely payments and minimize outstanding receivables.
Bookkeeping and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
Financial Projections: Contribute to the creation of short-term financial projections and cash flow forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions are compliant with company policies and government regulations (e.g., GST, TDS).
Expense Management: Handle employee expense reports and monitor company expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the senior finance team and other departments to support financial reporting and decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 1.5 to 2 years of proven work experience as a Finance Executive, Accounts Executive, or in a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books) and advanced knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional approach to client communication.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
