Key Responsibilities:
Daily Accounting Operations:
  • Manage daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks & ZohoBooks.
  • Record journal entries, expenses, and payments accurately.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and vendor balances.
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Zoho Books Expertise:
  • Use Zoho Books for general ledger maintenance, invoicing, tax configuration, and multi-currency handling.
  • Customize and generate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Optimize accounting workflows and ensure data integrity within Zoho Books.
Tax & Statutory Compliance:
  • Assist in timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, PF, and ...
