Role Overview

As a Finance Intern at Tradeshala, you’ll work closely with our core team on financial research, investment analysis, portfolio reporting, and trading desk support. This internship is designed to give you practical exposure to capital markets, trading behaviour, and the analytical tools used by professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

1.      Assist in analysing equity markets, derivatives, and macroeconomic trends

2.      Support the team in preparing investment memos, pitch reports, and earnings summaries

3.      Track financial news, stock performances, and trading ideas using tools like TradingView or Investing.com

4.      Help with financial modelling, portfolio tracking, and performance metrics

5.      Contribute to content and research for training sessions, case studies, and competitions

6.      Collaborate with traders to back test and validate strategies

7.      Participate in daily trade reviews and performance improvement sessions

Who Should Apply?

1.      Undergraduates or recent graduates in Finance, Economics, Commerce, BBA, MBA, or related fields

2.      Passionate about stock markets, investing, and trading

3.      Basic knowledge of Excel, market terminologies, and investment platforms

4.      Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

5.      Exposure to MS Excel, PowerPoint, or any charting tool is a bonus

6.      Candidates preparing for CFA/FRM or aspiring for roles in equity research, trading, or investment banking
