Finance Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Finance Intern to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring finance professionals to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, contributing to real-world financial operations and strategic initiatives.

Duration:

3-6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with financial analysis
• Support in the preparation of revenue & expenses management
• Participate in month-end closing activities and reconciliation tasks.
• Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining financial databases.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and insights.
• Undertake ad-hoc financial projects and assignments as required.

Basic Requirements:

• Currently pursuing an MBA from a top-tier Business School with a specialization in Finance, or
• Currently pursuing CA Inter (Cleared IPCC/Intermediate level).
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with financial software/ERPs (e.g., Zoho, Oracle, Xero).
• Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
