Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Finance professional with 2–3 years of startup experience , who has exposure to fund raising support, investor documentation, and statutory compliances. The role demands practical knowledge rather than only theoretical understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting in fund raising activities and preparation of related documents:
Investor agreements, SHA, SSA, term sheets, cap tables
Documentation related to domestic & foreign investments
Supporting FEMA, FDI, RBI filings and compliance requirements
Coordinating with investors, legal advisors, CS, and consultants
Handling PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, GST and other statutory compliances
Assisting in payroll processing and compliance reporting
Preparation of MIS reports, budgets, and basic financial analysis
Liaising with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities
