Job Description
Our client, a Warwickshire-based organisation, is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to support the finance function during a period of change. This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring someone who can quickly take ownership of day-to-day financial operations while partnering closely with senior stakeholders.
This assignment is initially for 3 months , however there is a clear opportunity for the role to become permanent for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day running of the finance function
Leading the month-end process, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
Producing accurate and timely management accounts
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
