Job Description
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-driven. The role focuses on accounting closures, financial reporting, audit readiness, and bringing structure to day-to-day finance operations in a growing environment.
This is a pure individual-contributor role with end-to-end ownership of assigned finance deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Closures Independently manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closures Ensure accounting records and treatments comply with IND-AS / IFRS Maintain clean books through reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation Financial Reporting Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and periodic reports Support variance analysis and ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data
Maintain strong reporting discipline and data hygiene Audit Readiness
Prepare all workings, schedules, and documentation required for audits
