Job Description

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-driven. The role focuses on accounting closures, financial reporting, audit readiness, and bringing structure to day-to-day finance operations in a growing environment.
This is a pure individual-contributor role with end-to-end ownership of assigned finance deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Closures
- Independently manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closures
- Ensure accounting records and treatments comply with IND-AS / IFRS
- Maintain clean books through reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and periodic reports
- Support variance analysis and ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data
- Maintain strong reporting discipline and data hygiene
Audit Readiness
- Prepare all workings, schedules, and documentation required for audits
- Address audit queries and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain records in an audit-ready state at all times
Process & Structure
- Bring structure to finance operations through SOPs, trackers, and checklists
- Improve documentation standards and reporting formats
- Identify gaps and support process improvements
Data & Analysis
- Be data-savvy, with strong capability to work on large datasets and spreadsheets
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting needs
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong working knowledge of IND-AS and/or IFRS
- Hands-on experience with monthly closures and reporting
- Experience supporting audit preparation
- High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in evolving, semi-structured environments
- Strong Excel and data-handling skills
Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 3–7 years of post-qualification experience in finance or accounting roles
