Hiring: Finance Manager - Controllership

About the Role

We are hiring a hands‑on finance controllership professional to support our function.

This role is execution‑focused , process‑driven , and GST + reconciliation heavy .

Key Responsibilities

• Hands‑on ownership of GST operations including GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B, and 2B vs Books ITC reconciliation
• Vendor GST compliance follow‑ups, mismatch resolution, credit and debit notes
• AP, AR, and Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Support trading / e‑commerce finance activities such as returns, claims, deductions, and basic inventory accounting
• Ensure clean month‑end close and audit‑ready books
• Coordinate with and validate outputs from auditors and consultants
• Follow defined SOPs, controls, and governance processes

Must‑Have Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in Finance Controllership, Accounts, or R2R
• Hands‑on GST experience (operational, not only audit or advisory)
• Strong experience in reconciliations (AP, AR, Balance Sheet)
• Exposure to trading, distribution, or e‑commerce finance
• Experience working with statutory and internal auditors
• CA Qualified 2008 onwards till 2015 will be considered
