Role Overview:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the fund’s financial operations, reporting, compliance, fundraising support, and transactional execution. The role will work closely with senior leadership, investment teams, investors, banks, and external advisors to ensure financial discipline, scalability, and efficient execution across fund and portfolio activities.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Finance & Accounting and Fund Accounting.
- Exposure to Fundraising and Investor Relations in a VC/PE or investment management setup.
- Experience supporting at least one complete fundraising cycle.
- Working knowledge of investment transactions, valuations, and due diligence processes.
