We are looking for a Finance Manager for a fast-growing SaaS start-up that is entering a key scale-up phase. The company has an established Finance department and now needs someone who can take it further , strengthening processes, enhancing reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making as the business expands.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing clarity, structure, and financial insight to a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Finance & Reporting

  • Lead and refine the monthly financial reporting cycle (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and SaaS KPIs such as MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, NRR).

  • Strengthen budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning models.

  • Prepare board materials, investor updates, and performance analyses.
