Finance Manager

Job Requirements:

ACCA qualification is mandatory

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant working experience

Hands‑on experience in full set of accounts

Experience in audit, tax, or commercial environment is an added advantage

Able to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines

Oversee full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets

Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial reports, and analysis

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

Handle tax matters including SST, withholding tax, CP204, and corporate tax

Coordinate external audit, tax audit, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers

Monitor credit control, collections, and payment approvals

Implement and improve finance policies, SOPs, and internal controls
