The Company

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing, purpose-led retail business at a pivotal stage of its growth. We are seeking a Finance Manager who is technically strong, hands-on and ready to take the next step into a leadership role.

This role is ideally suited to:

  • A Big 4 or mid-tier Audit Manager / Assistant Manager ready for a first move into industry, or
  • An audit-trained Senior Financial Accountant in industry looking to step up into their first formal management role

    • Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of group financial accounting, statutory reporting, tax compliance and month-end integrity, while leading and developing a small team.


    The Opportunity

    As Finance Manager, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end financial accounting function across the group
