Finance Manager (German Language & Telecom Domain)

Role: Finance Service Manager German Language & Telecom Domain

Location: Bengaluru, Gurgaon

Experience: 5-12 Years

Language Requirement: Proficiency in German (Read, Write, Speak)

Key Responsibilities:

Telecom Domain Expertise:

• Understand telecom processes and workflows, including billing and invoicing cycles.
• Manage and validate purchase orders and related documentation.

Financial Operations & Governance:

• Handle Statements of Account , ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial governance policies.
• Support P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and Credit Governance processes.
• Drive and track Accounts Receivable (AR) activities to ensure timely collections and reporting.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Maintain and update trackers for AR and other financial metrics.

Tools & Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint for business presentations.
• Ability to work with ERP systems and financial tools (SAP knowledge is a plus).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in German Read, Write, Speak (mandatory).
• Knowledge of telecom industry processes .
• Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, purchase orders , and financial governance .
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable management .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Any bachelor's degree & Any PG
• Good in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
