Finance Manager

Oversee and manage the company's finance and controlling operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable financial information.

Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports in accordance with IFRS to senior management and corporate teams.

Ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, driving cost optimization and profitability.

Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, including corporate reviews.

Lead the implementation, improvement, and standardization of ERP systems and financial processes.

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices.

Partner cross-functionally with other departments on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Lead, develop, and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a high-performance team.

Advanced English (mandatory).

Previous experience as a Finance Manager and/or Controlling Manager in multinational or corporate environments.

Strong knowledge of IFRS and international financial reporting.

Proven experience in ERP implementation or optimization.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing multifunctional teams.

Strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and results-driven approach.
