Our client, a hospitality company in Hokkaido, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in the hotel industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into people management, overseeing a team of two, without prior management experience required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • - Prepare financial statements for asset-owning entities
  • - Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • - Handle accounts payable and receivable for properties
  • - Coordinate with auditors on annual audits
  • - Analyze property performance and profitability
  • - Support budgeting and cash flow forecasting



    • Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or Minimum Diploma in accounting
  • - 3-5 years of experience in property management or real estate accounting
  • - Proficient in accounting software like Yardi, Yayoi Software
  • - Fluency in English and Japanese
  • - Experience with financial reporting and auditing
  • - Knowledge of tax compliance for Consumption, Property, and Corporate Tax
  • - Experience in budgeting and forecasting
