Finance Manager

Financial Operations Management

· Lead financial statement preparation and consolidation processes for power generation assets

· Oversee comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities

· Manage treasury operations including cash management, risk assessment, and capital structure optimization for energy infrastructure investments

· Ensure robust internal controls and compliance frameworks

· Supervise management accounting and cost control systems

· Direct the company's transaction processing systems

· Manage capital request and budgeting processes

· Provide financial oversight for subsidiary companies and f oreigner operations

Leadership & Team Development

· Manage and develop cross-functional finance team members across multiple disciplines

· Drive performance management and development initiatives

· Lead change management efforts and process optimization projects

· Mentor finance professionals and build organizational capabilities

Strategic Business Partnership

· Partner with senior management on strategic financial planning and analysis

Education & Experience

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Business Administration

· Minimum 10 years of progressive business and finance experience, preferably in the energy sector

· Proven track record of success in finance leadership positions

· Experience managing subsidiary companies and international operations

Technical Competencies

· Advanced knowledge of financial accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)

· Expertise in financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting

· Strong understanding of treasury management and risk assessment
