Financial Reporting and Month-End Closing

• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

• Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and financial commentary.

• Communicate well within the team and ensure internal deadlines and reporting/planning expectations are met.

• Liaises with auditors and tax agents for audit and tax-related matters.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Accounts Payable Oversight

• Oversee daily AP operations to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and staff claims.

• Work closely with departments to resolve invoice and payment queries.

• Drive process improvements to streamline AP and payment workflows.
