Finance Manager

As Finance Manager, you will support the Director of Finance in managing day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and IHG standards. You will help translate financial data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the hotel.

• Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
• Supporting the Director of Finance in overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Managing, coaching, and developing finance colleagues to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and proper task allocation
