  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, financial statements, and analyze data to guide decisions.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop annual budgets and conduct forecasting to align with long-term goals.

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial laws/regulations, manage audits, and monitor risks.

  • Cash Management & Controls: Maintain internal controls, manage cash flow, and oversee accounting systems.

  • Strategic Advisory: Advise senior management on financial opportunities, cost-reduction strategies, and investment decisions.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor accounting and finance staff.
